Payment Method & Timing

Credit card payment
Billing begins on the date you register your payment information and recurs on the same day each month thereafter.

Service Start Timing

You can start using the service within 24 hours after your credit card payment is processed.
Normally, you can start using the service immediately after payment is processed.

Free Trial

A free trial is not currently available.

Cancellation

Please go to Account Management > License > Cancel within the application to process your cancellation.

You may cancel at any time during your subscription period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable.
